Jack has been an integral part of the development of the club players over the last 2 years, and continues to be a valuable asset for the club moving forward. I believe Jack’s aims to continually develop himself will have a positive impact not only on himself as a coach but also on the players he coaches, specifically the Women’s Football players at Queen Mary’s University London and Tower Hamlets area.
— Adam Barr (Student Sport Experience Coordinator, Queen Mary's University)
Jack is a highly skilled and enthusiastic sports practitioner. His dedication and passion for working with young people is unparalleled. Jack can tailor any session he delivers to suit the individual’s needs which can be difficult to achieve when working with a diverse group of participants. He is also a very experienced Manager with great organisational and leadership skills which are evident in him organising large scale sporting events, for example several Street League football tournaments. All of which he formulated, devised and coordinated leading a team of volunteers, referees, team managers etc.
— Naz Deen (Head of Youth and Sports, Coram’s Fields)
As Player/Chairman for Brentnal FC, I played with Jack for 7 seasons in the Wimbledon and District League. Jack’s passion as a player naturally led to his added role as Manager, where his knowledge and ability to read the game was unmatched and in his first season at the helm, led us to the league championship and a cup final. Juggling the pressures of playing and managing, Jack thrived on motivating the team by understanding how to get the best out of each of our players - where to exploit the opposition and when to attack. As a player, manager and person, I hold Jack in the highest regard and any club would be lucky to have him.
— Mike Lardner (Chief of Staff To SVP Western Europe at Iron Mountain)
As coach for Earlsfield FC, Jack helps create and develop a philosophy within the club, delivers progressive training sessions and provides match day coaching. His communication skills are exceptional and he has been rewarded with the utmost respect from players and other coaches within the club. His efforts have seen players excel, and the team improve in performance and tactical understanding.
